Bonite (Tanzania) Nursery- Day Care

In Bonite Katanini one of the poorest areas of Moshi, a group of women
seamstresses from the Rudisha Women association get up every morning
,one more day to try to care and feed their children and run their small
businesses sewing, raising chicks and growing vegetables And with the
same issue their neighbors Living in a neighborhood in which the first
opportunity that children have to attend school is primary school
Mothers have very little chance of working and earning money as they
have to be with their children or leave them alone at too young ages
For this reason, the Nyumbani Nala Association, are considering a project to guarantee
quality education from early childhood, which will help reduce poverty and
hunger for families in the area. We have the
purpose of being the first public nursery in the Bonite Katanini area
The project consists of a first phase for the acquisition of land and the
construction of a small nursery school, with two classrooms that guarantee
the learning of minors, a small kitchen where the preparation of at least
one meal a day will be guaranteed and some toilets that ensure the
hygiene and health of children The second phase will consist of its
implementation. We will, also support the expenses of the management and
a teacher for two years and the children's families must collaborate to
manage the food and maintenance expenses, either monetarily or through
services
Seeds of Kidness Organization's knowledge of the experience of
other public schools endorses its viability
In addition, the project would be part of the volunteer proposal of the Seed of Kidness Organization
