Expanding Film Futures for Teens at East Atlanta Kids Club

East Atlanta Kids Club is thrilled to expand our in-house film production space to support the creativity and vision of Teen Club members in 2025 and beyond. Following the successful debut of Fortopia, a short film written, produced, and performed by Teen Club members in partnership with many local film partners, our youth are ready to make their sequel.

In partnership with AppleBox Productions and a network of in-kind Film Camp collaborators, this project will enhance our capacity to deliver year-round, hands-on film programming. Your support will help us equip our space, grow technical skills, and elevate youth voices through the art of storytelling. Together, let’s roll camera on the next chapter of Fortopia and the bright futures behind the lens.

Phase 1: "Lights!" – Goal: $3,500
Purpose: Fund the essential tools to begin production

Basic Lighting Kit ($200 of $600 to begin)
