Academy Achievers is an education and innovation charity dedicated to developing the human infrastructure needed for the future economy.

Through our BeMe Impact Framework, we prepare learners for careers in artificial intelligence, digital technologies, sustainability and emerging industries by combining digital skills training, AI mentoring, industry work experience, corporate engagement and global collaboration.

Our five BeMe pillars include:

• BeMe Global Sustainable Tech Summit – Connecting schools, industry and global partners through an annual hybrid event hosted in Ghana and delivered in collaboration with schools across Europe, the Middle East and North America.

• BeMe AI Mentoring Platform – Connecting learners with industry professionals to develop AI capability, leadership skills and future workforce readiness.

• BeMe Virtual Tech Experiences – Providing virtual access to leading technology companies, helping learners explore careers, innovation and the future workplace.

• BeMe Industry Pathways – Creating structured routes into employment through work experience, internships and apprenticeship opportunities with industry partners.

• BeMe Digital Skills Academy – Delivering practical training in AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, data and digital technologies to prepare learners for the jobs of tomorrow.
