Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for black women in the tech industry. This is done through the #BeMedigitalinclusion mentoring, supporting the global majority women in the field, and creating opportunities to network and collaborate with others. Promote role models of the global majority women in the tech industry.

Academy Achievers promotes the #BeMedigitalinclusion program for the global majority women and girls. We provide affordable access to devices, offer training on how to use ICTs and create a welcoming and inclusive environment for black women in the tech industry.

We believe that all black women deserve the opportunity to participate fully in the digital world, and we are committed to making that happen.

We also offer an inclusive program for all.
